LENSIA the label reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

REFUNDS

At this stage we do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE SHOP CAREFULLY.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Exchanges on unused & undamaged pieces can be returned within seven (7) days of your purchase, once you receive your order. PERSONALISED PIECES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

An exchange means that you received an item (not personalised) and you would like to exchange it for either a giftcard in the amount purchased, or an item equal to or lesser in value to the original item. If less, you will receive a gift card for the remaining balance.

For all exchanges/repairs:

  1. Email lensiathelabel@gmail.com / ATTN: Exchange / Repair ORDER #

  2. Please include your order number in the email, and write the nature of your exchange/repair. Include any photos or description so we understand the reason and thus can help you out to the best of our ability.

  3. Exchange Authorisation/Repair: You will receive an email with directions on return studio location and return instructions.

We are not responsible for the shipping costs of the item back to the LENSIA office. For your protection, please use a well-padded envelope and a 'signature required' shipping method. LENSIA the label is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon receipt.We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Returned piece/s must be in the same condition as when it was received. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

When shipping an exchange/repair, please note this process may take longer than your original delivery process. Returns/repairs may take up to 2 weeks, personalised items can take up to 4 weeks.

Urgent delivery is not guaranteed. We ship items out via the shipping method you have paid for. Please email us if you have any questions or would like to upgrade to express shipping.

We will always send you an updated tracking number once package leaves the LENSIA studio.

All sales & promotions are final, we do not make any adjustments to pricing. Please shop carefully.
