Free Express shipping for all Australian orders over $350.00 AUD

All orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, Australia

We will email you a tracking number once your order has dispatched from our studio. Keep an eye out for email with the email address you checked out with so you can track the progress of your order. 

In any account you have given us the wrong address when shipping information is asked in the checkout point, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. We are also unable to re-direct any orders once they have been dispatched, please thoroughly triple check all shipping details are entered correctly at the checkout point.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. LENSIA the label will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, postal network delays or any other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

For Australian customers we use Australia Post to ship, LENSIA the label  DOES NOT hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address. Your shipping cost will be calculated at check out

Free Express shipping for all International orders over $350.00 AUD

Standard shipping is available with Australia Post

For express delivery options we CANNOT ship to PO BOXES as all packages must be signed for upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number. We cannot leave packages unattended in your letterbox or at your front door.
